Mays Goza

I am the founder and Owner of Clinton County Title. Clinton has become home for my fiancée, Ashley, our two wonderful little girls, and me, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve this community through Clinton County Title. Ashley grew up here and attended Clinton High, and we have now moved our family back to Clinton. I graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in Energy Commerce in 2014 and have worked in various facets of real estate, oil and gas, and energy projects for the last 12 years.

We cannot wait to serve Clinton, DeWitt, Camanche, and all of Clinton County with speedy and accurate title work. My family and I love spending time outdoors, going on bike rides, taking trips to see family, and enjoying quality time together.

Abstractor

Philip Swanson

I am the Head Abstractor for Clinton County Title. My wife, Kodi, a Camanche native, and I are proud to call Clinton home, and we love raising our three beautiful little girls here. I came to Clinton County Title after teaching both middle and high school mathematics in the Clinton Community School District for 11 years.

I grew up near Ames, Iowa (Go Cyclones!), and then attended the University of Northern Iowa, graduating in 2015 with a degree in Mathematics Education. After student teaching, I moved to Clinton, where I met many great friends, met my wife, and settled down here with my family.

I look forward to serving the wonderful community of Clinton in a new but incredibly important service with timely, accurate title and abstract work. Our family loves getting involved in downtown Clinton events, visiting the beautiful parks in town, attending church, and spending quality time with family.
